First activity after a rest day (it was about a 14 hour drive down due to roadworks in Germany and an hour delay at the Gotthard tunnel in Switzerland) was to visit Pisa.A free car park on the outskirts of town and about a 15-20 min walk bought us here - the Campo dei Miracoli with the 3 amazing buildings - the Baptistry (the domed bldg) the Cathedral and of course the Leaning Tower of...(which is actually the Belfry for the Cathedral)
